Ok, so I'm getting really nervous as decisions are about to come out for EA.

I know ECs are weak but I spend a lot of time on the few ECs I do

How does a four way tie for valedictorian work? Is there like no saluditorian and all 4 of you receive the same recognition? Or does it go to like a sudden death comparison of SAT scores, extracurriculars and rigor of schedule? Completely serious. That would be intense.

Anyway, 1520 SAT is great, 4.0 is a 4.0 and if you convey the passion for your activities I’m sure you’ll do fine. And btw, your extracurriculars are solid, pry not as bad as you think, but by no means absolutley fantastic.
Best of Luck!!!, we’ll find out soon enough though.

Thanks! Good luck to you too. Basically how the 4 way tie works though is that they break down your schedule & see who has the most AP courses (me & 1 other have 10 the other 2 have 9) and after that it goes to honors (he beats me out by 1 - earth science freshman year… oh well). I don’t know what the tie breaker after honors would be though. However, that’s only for speech purposes. On college apps, we are all supposed to put 1/398.
