!@#SOO important - International students WHO HAD TAKEN SAT>>>!$%

I will be taking SAT and SAT IIs in India this Nov. and Oct. I am applying ED to Duke this fall. Although, I am an American student, I am taking a year off.

I was wondering about the process.

1.) Do the scores arrive in time to college by mid-end of the month when you take the test?
2.) Can you view your score online the same date as students taking in US?
3.) Can you use rush score reporting, (I am taking it in November for ED)
4.) Can you sign up for SAT I, change to SAT II on test day, and will there still be a problem in reporting the scores, i.e. - they will not allow it, or also it takes longer for colleges to receive the scores?
5.)What other additional fees are there?
6.) If international scores do take longer to report, if you email the college about your score (for example, you found out your score online before they received them), will colleges stick to your word?

Thanks a lot for your help.
