Of course. So when you press the link they email you for the interview, you get sent to a zoom. then there were just some students that attend Sophie and they sent a link for like attendance then you were out into a breakout room with 1 student interview. Then you were put in a room with 1 professor. Then my last interview was with an Advisor. They asked pretty basic questions but during my second interview I remember he asked about dealing with difficult patients.

The interview was about 2 hours long.

They asked about extracurriculars briefly and leadership but not really anything from my essay.

They were all nice. There weren’t really curveball questions. The questions they started off with was why did you choose to pursue medicine with all of the stress that the field requires and then they asked questions in response to answers you give them.

Me too, I’m quite shock they didn’t ask about it.

When I joined the Zoom meeting there were four other students that were getting interviewed as well.

Hey. I know this might be overstepping but I wanted to ask if you could maybe share what your average was? Due to like COVID and everything and not having standardized testing Inwanted to see if gpa along with essays and everything will get you an interview? Also if you don’t want to you don’t have to say anything. I respect your privacy. I was just curious as so far you were the one that received an interview in the threads.
My gpa was not the best that’s why I was worried and wanted to ask.
I know you’re not asking me but I’ve seen old reddit & cc posts where the user doesnt have a perfect gpa (3.7ish, maybe lower) and lower regents grades (mid 80ish). but id say sophie is one the most holistic schools/programs there are!
