Sophomore class schedule (Physics/AEP). Really need some help!

Hello,

I'm a rising sophomore, who intends to major in either physics or AEP. The classes I will be absolutely taking this semester are: MATH 2930, PHYS 2218, and PHYS 3360 (cross-listed with AEP 3630). I finished all other "introductory" requirements, such as MATH 1920-2940, CS, CHEM 2070-2080, and etc.

Some of my peers are taking AEP 4210, while others applying for double-major in math-physics take advance mathematics courses. And I feel I'm getting far behind of them, in terms of advancing further into the major requirements. I cannot take AEP 4210, because my lecture schedule of MATH 2930 and PHYS 2218 inevitably collides with that of AEP 4210. Nor have I built my academic interest in double-majoring, and so I can't just start taking major courses in Math major (I only recently became interested in majoring in physics or aep). And, with my dream of matriculating in top graduate school in mind, I feel as though I'm doing a very poor job in course selection.

However, I'm trying to do my best this semester, in order to make up for the fact that I had not concentrated my course selection in my intended major. What additional class should I take? I'm thinking of ENGRD 2640, which satisfies AEP technical writing requirement, but the choice cannot be easily made now, considering it might be worthless should I choose to become physics major (for example, AEP 4210 is needed for both physics and aep major, the reason why it would have been the perfect choice for me). The other option I have is to take PHYS 2214 instead of AEP 4210, which allows me to take AEP 4210 within my schedule. And I once have strongly considered this choice, considering I took 1112-2213 general physics course sequence. However, I thought it is very important that I get onto the honors track as a physics major. Or not, I'm very confused. How were your fall semester sophomore year class schedule like (those majoring in physics or aep)? Please, help me out.

Thank you for reading through my thread.

Sincerely,
