Sophomore with Dreams

Hello!
So, I'm not here to ask to be ranked. Lately I've been getting very stressed out about getting into college. I'm a sophomore and I go to an early college high school.
My high school GPA is a 3.88 but my college GPA is a 3.7.
I haven't taken the SAT's or ACT's but I did take the PSAT (scores still not back) and the PACT (no exact grade - would have scored between 26-30).
I'm part of two medical clubs, being a event coordinator of one. I'm also part of environmental club and will be joining debate next year.
I have volunteered a couple of hours since the summer of freshman year up until now. I'm applying for junior volunteer opportunities when summer rolls back around for a more permanent volunteer position.
I'm still debating whether I want to go full-in on pre-med (as I want to be an anesthesiologist) or cut my time short and just aspire to be a nurse.
I'm also Mexican-American, so I know the Affirmative Action law could come into play and give me an advantage over other competitors. However, I'm not counting on that.
Also, it should be known that I'm planning on going to college purely based on scholarships.
I've recently (two years ago) moved to North Carolina, and, while I honestly hated it at first, I've now grown enough for UNC Chapel Hill to be my dream school. I have the occasional bout of obsession with Ivy schools, but I know that's way out of reach.

So...if anyone wants to talk about any common interests, or perhaps give me their HONEST opinion about my chances for acceptance in this school, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

This may be a little late but . . . you’re pretty much in at Chapel Hill. Especially considering you’re in-state. Depending on the rigor of your classes, a 3.88 GPA is not that bad. I would suggest even considering Duke or one of the easier ivies (Cornell, UPenn, etc.) The affirmative action will help A LOT, especially for ivies. I’m not so sure about how the early college system works (maybe you can explain it to me?) but I’m not sure the ivies would take all your college credit. . . or even if you would count as a freshman or a transfer student by your senior year depending on how many credit hours you will have earned. GOOD LUCK!
