<p>My daughter will be an incoming Freshman. Looking for off campus housing with a dorm like feel. Keeping hearing about Southgate but would like some impute. Also , any other suggestions for housing would be greatly appreciated. Would like to stay close to school. </p>
<p>Know this is late…Southgate definitely has a dorm like feel…overall the facility is pretty nice. I haven’t experienced the social atmosphere during the school year though (only during summer) One downside is a required meal plan with crappy food.</p>
