Spanish 3 + Dual Enroll Spanish

Hi.

I have seen some schools say that “4 credits in each academic subject are recommended.” If I have 6 science (incl 2 AP and 2 dual enrollment) 4 English (incl 2 AP), 5 social studies (all AP), 6 math (incl 1 AP and 1 dual enrollment), would it be terrible to have 3 Spanishes (all honors). I live in Miami and nearly everyone who takes Spanish 4 or AP is a Native speaker (I’m not). Plus, it would mean sacrificing an AP or dual enrollment class and I had a B+ fresh average which I am trying to compensate for.

I was going to dual enroll Spanish over the summer, but it is apparently just a rehash of Spanish 1 and 2 AND I would get AP weight for it on my GPA, but I don’t think colleges will respond well to “intro to Spanish” taken instead of Spanish 4. Isn’t it grade grubbing to take an easier Spanisj class for more quality points?

Thanks.

Sorry for typos above… On my phone. Thanks!

I think colleges would still appreciate the intiative.
