<p>my first semester isn't over for another two weeks...GAH</p>
<p>I'm focusing on getting good grades this last semester, at least for now... my school's list of valedictorians is coming out in about a month and if I'm not on it then I'll definitely be slacking off more (or maybe I'll get a job so I'll at least feel like I'm not completely wasting my time till graduation).</p>

<p>but school just started today and maybe it's because i no longer feel pressure to do well, but i suddenly want to LEARN!</p>

<p>^Me too. It doesn't help that my family is moving in June and we still don't know where (Another part of DC? Europe? Mars? No one knows)... it complicates the situation for this summer, since presumably I'll need a place to live in order to work. :rolleyes:</p>
<p>Plans for senior year: Not losing a 4.0, exercising more, finding a job so I don't have to intern at NIH over the summer, having fun (I was planning on doing shrooms but now I think I'm not going to)... nothing too special</p>

<p>we still have AP/IB exams, and some of us are still working on scholarship money or are deciding on a college. </p>
<p>i'm just going to keep my grades up, my head down, and blaze through this hellish year with the most ferocity and alacrity i can possibly manage. </p>
<p>otherwise: quitting TV, except for the "colbert report" (duh.) and "house, m.d.". learn how to do a cartwheel. not be a jerk to people.</p>

<p>I've gotten straight As my entire high school career, and I don't want to end it now.</p>
<p>Also, now that our huge MUN conference and college admissions is over, I can focus on Amnesty and other stuff like that.</p>
