Spirit Mission

Being new to all this. What exactly is spirit mission. To me it seems who can be the most outrageous. How can sinking boats be okay with the school? I don't get it.

well the thing is...sinking boats is not okay........that was a mission gone bad :( I believe the entire class may be paying for that faux pas.

there's a difference between being motivated and outrageous, and destroying personal property. these plebes will have to learn that... you guessed it, the hard way.

Fly a KP flag on the Eagle at the KP-CGA game and that would be cool

No Spirit = No Recognition

Do something great 2011

Perhaps something productive ?

hmmmm good idea dad....do you think they could get away with it? Remember we are talking about the guys who forgot to put a plug in a sailboat!

sue
that was 2010
my girl !

2011 can do better

a very small poem is in order here

Hey 2011
recognition will be heaven
in march or april or may
instead of just fishin
for your spirit mission
point your enthusiasm
in some wise way

maybe a project
maybe a plan
who knows
maybe a new tradition

whatever you do
whatever you plan
put the plug in the correct
position !

i believe some or all are restricted from performing spirit missions for the time being

"tis better to beg forgiveness than ask permission"

perhaps, but i think all the co's paid for the boat

my experience is
boats sink
boats are raised
just dont do it with anything over 20 foot
or made of wood, aluminum or steel
then your talking
major grief
and major money

sorry, when i said "i think all the co's paid for the boat" i did not mean monetarily - they paid in the form of restriction of being able to conduct missions at this time and in other forms.

let me rephrase...
"better to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission, assuming common sense provails"

ive found
from experience

IF YOU SINK IT
THEY WILL COME

for you

so i havent sunk one in 10 years
no brag, just fact

how bout
find a bulkhead (wall) or deck (floor) that needs painting real bad
and doing the job while adding everyones name in small script in one corner ?
or
writing a revolutionary condemnation of the food at delano
and vowing a hunger strike for a few days

something productive

y'know prouddad2010 - your style writing cracks me up :)

went to an engineering school
to learn how things fit together,

for me that was the easy part
but i never really got a start
on learning my grammer any better.

Go 2011 !!
