<p>Has anyone either in-state or OOS received their snail-mail acceptance packages yet and does anyone know around when we should be getting them? (I`m not talking about the letter that said we were admitted for spring, but the packet with enrollment info etc.)
For anyone that did get it already, what's in it? I'm really curious. xD</p>
<p>no need for this thread anymore lol, I got my admissions packet today. It includes the letter of admission, a pamphlet for the spring open houses, and a magnet for the car =D</p>
<p>My daughter was just admitted for spring and she only received a one page letter. That was it.</p>
<p>My daughter's 1 page letter said there would be a bigger envelope coming in a few weeks though, with the deposit info - so glad to hear spring admits get the car magnet too!!!!</p>
<p>I got the small envelope too, and today was the day that the bigger envelope arrived. It's coming bluehen. not to worry!</p>
<p>I received the packet with the car magnet, too =]. However, the actually information simply says "Congratulations to UMD spring" type deal. It does not mentioned if I actually got into the major I applied for. Does anyone know anything about this? Is it implied that I got in to what I applied for, or is Spring admittance different in the sense that you simply get admitted to the University of Maryland, and get what classes that are not full in the spring? Does anyone know?</p>
