Spring Semester '10 UC Berkeley Housing for a male, 5 min walk from campus

<p>Seeing if anybody needs a place for spring/summer Semester at UC Berkeley. I need to find a replacement before I can be let out of my lease which is why I am posting here. Room is a double occupancy shared with one other person. Channing-Bowditch Apts. are a 5 minute walk from Sproul Plaza/South Campus. They are full fledged apts with a kitchen and are quite nice. Lease would be until August 2010. Channing-Bowditch are really nice apts and very conveniently located 1/2 block from telegraph, 1/2 block from dining commons, 3 blocks from campus. The apt we have is even slightly larger than the others in the building because it was built for handicap access e.g. little bigger bathroom & bedrooms.</p>
