It is true that the prep books are much easier than that SSAT, right? I've heard that before, and I'm assuming it's true, because I've gotten really high scores in the SSAT's own guide and Kaplan (I'm starting on Princeton Review just now). I a 2340 and a 2290 on the SSAT's official guide without studying, and a 2390 on the first Kaplan test I took after studying. Am I right to assume these scores aren't realistic?

I heard that the Princeton Review SSAT book taught you more advanced things that weren't on the test. (in math)

no, when I took the PR test, i actually found the practice test more difficult than the actual one, and my scores were lower
