If your ssat score is in the low 90s however you have one of the three raw scores in the say 70s is that good enough to get into top tier schools? Do they care more about the composite score or the raw scores of each section?

How would we know? Sorry but no one on here (except maybe GemmaV) can answer that for sure

I'm not sure but a lot of people here know tons about the admissions process (somehow) and I know for sure that there are some people who are at boarding school already posting in this forum.

Even so, attending boarding school doesn't really give you any insight into the application process, just the school itself. Again, if you can find an admissions officer on here like GemmaV, maybe they can help.

...well that's kind of why they post here. For opinions, if they really NEEDED this information they could call the admissions office. Seriously, this is message board...calm down a little when someone actually asks a question lol. Looking for opinions...not a big deal

At the end of the day, no one knows who anyone is on this board. Taking info from one screen name over another based on information that you don't know is true isn't that smart either. But ya man I would wait around for some opinions, I have no clue or an opinion on this so I can't help.

Didn't mean to come off as "not calm" >.<, I was just saying that you should take any answers with a grain of salt, as we can't really know any more than you.

O ok, thats fine.

Can someone just answer the question already?

Here's my opinion - it's probably okay, especially if your lower score was the math section considering everyone here knows that the math average is high because of all the Asians - no offense :-)

leek...why didnt you answer lol? Instead of asking if someone can answer it already. It wasnt answered because once you get the information it doesn't really matter, and opinions are all over this board.

Because I also want to know the answer sugar, as selfish that may seem.
