St. John's App is confusing me: this is URGENT!!

OK so I'm applying to St John's Pharm.D program. Here is what it says on the app for the essay:

With your Academic Achievement Application, your essay requirement is waived. However, we'd like to learn just a little bit more about you. Please provide a short personal statement of 250 words or less on one of the topics listed below.
What motivates you? We’d like to know what activities you really enjoy. Do they tie in with any career goals? Have you won any awards or honors?
Why reinvent the wheel? You have the option to submit a graded essay from your senior year.
*We reserve the right to ask for an essay at a later date if needed for an admission decision.

**For Pharm.D. applicants, an essay is required along with a statement or resume of activities.
Please submit a brief 250-word essay discussing your reasons for choosing a career in pharmacy and why you are applying to St. John’s University.
{{{{{{{{THERE IS A TEXT BOX HERE}}}}}}}}}}

I've read this several times and I still don't understand what it means. Do I write one of the 2 essays given AND the pharmacy essay? If so, which one do I put in the text box? Do I JUST write the pharmacy essay? If so, in the text box?? And what do they mean by "resume of activities?" Just a plain resume?

Sorryyyy for all these questions. I'm just so confused.

Check with the Admissions Dept, but if you can’t get an answer, write a 250 word essay discussing your reasons for choosing St. John’s and a career in pharma in terms of your current activities, motivations, etc. Then you’ve killed both birds with one stone.

By resume of activities, I assume they mean a list of ECs, awards, etc.–not necessarily paying jobs.

For SJU PharmD you just have to write the pharmacy essay. So 1 essay PLUS a list of ECs, honors, etc.

OK thanks a lot both of you!

And I’m assuming my essay goes into that text box, right?

Yeah. A rep told me to put my essay first, then the resume/list

I submitted my application. In the text box, I only put my essay. Can I email them my resume or mail them?

Are you applying PharmD? If not, I dont think its needed

Yes, Pharm.D.

A resume is required, but since I already submitted my application can I mail it?

And the resume should be just like any old resume, right?
