that does make sense
i guess it might sound kinda odd if people walked around saying that they're pelicans, although i see nothing wrong with it

i like the pelican over paulie or big red. of course, this is coming from a fellow who attended a college with a purple cow mascot where we called ourselves ephmen or ephs.

ephmen or ephs?

ephmen but ephs for short. our mascot is a purple cow and no one says "go big purple." lol. go ephs!!

Hmmm..... the Pelican is sounding better by the minute. Glad I do not have to cheer for a purple cow!

Isn't that Williams? What is an eph anyway?

I wonder what it takes to be the st. paul mascot

haha well actually, the pelican costume is currently lost, it's been missing since last year I believe.

oh btw, to the posts before me, we never call ourselves the pelicans, so i wouldn't unless you want to sound newbly. we're big red.

oh and girls wear bean boots, uggs (traction's not the best but they hold up if you waterproof them), and for coats some wear barbours, a lot wear peacoats, a lot wear northfaces or similar puffy jackets.

going back to d2g's dad posting
i found out my mom posts on this thread too
i just find it really funny haha

I am most definitly going to SPS
im already on the list-y thing
BUT I CANT WAIT
about 6 more monthssss :)

ha, congrats!
Don't worry, the 6 months go by super fast, and soon enough one of your fellow new classmates is most likely going to make a SPS class of 2013 group on facebook, so that you all can talk to each other before school starts

My son got a questionnaire about a dorm room . It said Single, Double or Triple. What's the best? And are there really singles available for freshmen? Is there a best boys dorm to request? How do they assign rooms for freshman boys?

Personally, I would say a double, def not a triple. And there is def singles for freshman. I need more info on your son to really know what dorm would be the best for him.

Only soccer T-shirts?

Hahaha i k!
facebook is amazing
if you select St Paul's School Concord NH (fill in graduation year)
you can click it and see everyone else who has selected it on fb
its pretty cool

ha, stalk your future classmates, lol

LOL, it's already started happening, lolll
no offense chicky. we're sorta like neighbors in a way

listen, i'm not like some computer nerd, being online at 8 in the morning. i hav nothing else to do, and i'm waiting 4 lax tryouts in like 30 minutes.......

i hav a quesiton about SPS animals. Are there any pets there (cats/dogs) ? cuz i heard that the #1 reason for homesickness is missing a pet. do dorm leaders or teachers often have animals living on campus?

Yes there are lots of pets on campus. Here is a video of one you may get to know. I am sure someone here knows this dog's name. Think it might live in Conover/Twenty. YouTube - Newfoundland High Fives at St. Paul's School HGere he seems to be at the athletic fields.

pshhttt im not stalking...
im just....seeing who else i'll be living with for four years....hahaha

That is a very cool dog. I hope it does its business deep in the woods and not around the school's trails.:)
