Hi! So I realized when I put in my already completed tests that I didn’t put in all components (the essay part) for the Cal State Apply system. I then put in a new slot for the same test and added in those components since it says I can’t update/edit/delete previous entries. As a result, I have 7 entries for the SAT, when in reality I only took it three times. Will I have to email all the CSU’s I applied to and tell them what happened, or should I just leave it be? I sent them my SAT scores already through collegeboard so they know I only took three but I’m wondering if I still need to contact them about this.
The Cal States do not require the essay portion of the SAT/ACT. It could not hurt if you emailed about your mistakes but they will go by what is reported on the official score reports. Better safe than sorry.
