Standby testing dilemma? No registration number?

I forgot to register to take two SAT IIs this past Saturday, so I decided to simply take the subject tests standby. I looked through the CB's site to get an idea of what I'd need, and it really didn't mention anything about needing those envelopes with an information sheet that you had to fill out.

I go to my school on Saturday morning, and was told to simply take the test and leave the registration number part blank. I was told to later call ETS/CB for my payment.
I take my two tests and leave.

Today I called the CB only to find out that I should not have been allowed to do this. I needed a registration sheet filled to have a registration number for my answer booklet. There's no evidence in their system that I actually took these tests since there's no registration number linking me specifically to my answer sheet.
The CB said that they'd investigate it further and contact my testing coordinator, etc and then get back to me with a solution. But now I'm deathly worried that, because of a logistical screw up, my test scores will be nullified.

Does anyone have any similar stories? Is it likely that I will be able to get my scores? Or will I have to re-take?

Thanks, I appreciate it.

Bump…

Anyone? Please?
