Stanford: any cooking facilities available to undergrads?

S2 is an avid cook. I don’t see any talk of stoves/ovens available to the students in the descriptions of undergrad housing.
But perhaps someone who has attended or is attending has more insight on this detail? S1 at UCSD had a stove and oven in his floor’s kitchen/lounge.

Every dorm will have at least one kitchenette, sometimes multiple (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, +/- toaster, +/- water kettle).

In Mirrielees specifically, it’s apartment-style so each room will have it’s own kitchen.

Co-ops/self-ops (row houses + Cowell cluster) will have full open kitchens, as well as a chef and kitchen staff.

So don’t worry, S1 will have plenty of opportunity to cook…and if open to sharing, will make lots and lots of friends that way since college students love food :slight_smile:

@Era991 Very good news. Thanks.
