It says that the due date is Dec 15, eastern time. So does that mean I (being from California) have to send mine in at 9 tonight??? please help
<p>I'm quite sure that when they say by December 15th it means by December 15th 11:59 p.m. Pacific (which is tomorrow). If I were you, I would submit it as soon as you can just for safe measure.</p>
