Hello, would anyone like to read my Common App Essay and Stanford Supplemental Essays? Preferably those admitted REA to Stanford for the class of 2019 :slight_smile:

My Stats:
-GPA: 4.0 Unweighted, 4.7 Weighted
-SAT: 2010 (I know, it’s low)

Extracurriculars:
-Started an art show with pieces made by members of a local homeless shelter to enable them to become more economically independent and to foster creativity in an otherwise dismal daily life (Subject of Common App Essay).
-Marching Band: All four years. Mellophone Section Leader (11th and 12th). Brass Coordinator (12th).
-Boy Scouts: Working to attain Eagle Scout Rank after twelve years of being in Boy Scouts.
-Envirothon: All four years. Team Captain.
-Math Club: Three years.
-International Club: Two years.

In my opinion, my essays were very insightful and honest. I would like a second opinion on whether my opinion is accurate. Thanks :slight_smile:

So you can copy it? It would be very foolish to share with a poster who just registered to get her essay. OP, please read the warnings and suggestions about sharing essays on the post pinned to the top of the College Essays forum.

I will en happy to read it but I’m never ever going to Stanford so u can trust me for not copying it.

OP, don’t give your essay to any of these people. Like BrownParent said, go to the list on top of the Essays forum, or better yet, ask your parents or GC to read it.
