I've been trying to find out how/when exactly Stanford releases Financial Aid decisions. From what I gather, Stanford apparently requires you to create an account on their network and access a decision through their AXESS portal.

Is this true? Has anyone received decisions in, say, the mail or some other format? Do I need to wait the 24 hours after my SUNet ID is created in order to access my FA decision?

@weizhong. You should be able to get into the Stanford Axess and get your financial aid letter once you have created your account. And you will also receive a hard copy letter of the financial award package in the mail within a week or so.

I’m trying to sign in, but it keeps saying that I’m not authorized to view the page.

I believe last year there was a one or two day delay for some individuals trying to access their award letter through AXESS…if you still can’t get it by tomorrow…you can call the financial aid office. Hope this helps.

@gravitas2 Just got my FA decision. Thanks for the help!
