<p>How binding is Stanford SCEA? When Stanford says Single Choice early action, does that mean you can only apply early to Stanford or does it mean that you can apply not-binding early action at other schools (aka MIT)? Also, if you apply SCEA at Stanford, would you be allowed to apply rolling at your state univ? Thanks for the answers beforehand.</p>
