The correct answer is clearly the one that matches up best with your own preferences, be they campus vibe, focus of program, climate, whatever.
Attempting to parse the relative prestige of these three schools in terms of “milliHarvards” or whatever is an exercise in complete stupidity.
All this seems really premature anyway, because you are currently one acceptance short of having a choice.
just apply to mit and princeton, and if you get in you can decide then. if you don’t it’ll make the decision for you.
Update: I ended up applying to MIT only since I realized I’d definitely rather go to Stanford than Princeton. I also got into Georgia Tech and I’ll have to wait and see if I win the Presidential Scholarship.
Honestly, all three are excellent—you can’t go wrong with any choice you make. I’d personally pick Stanford over the other two, but that’s just personal preference because I know Stanford first-hand. Unless you have a strong personal preference, I would apply to the others and see which one offers the best financial aid, and then go with the cheapest option. (Unless Stanford matches financial aid from peer institutions; you’d have to check their website.)
