"Statement of good standing"?

I'm a transfer student, currently struggling with the admissions office. So far, two people have told me (and my school's records office) that they received a transcript I had sent at the end of last semester but that it hasn't been posted, while three more have told me they haven't received it.

I've emailed and left voice mail for my admissions counselor on the recommendation of the admissions office, but can't seem to get a response.

And to top it off, they're telling me I need to have a "statement of good standing" from the Common App web site sent by my current school. I asked one of them if they meant the College Official's Report, and they said no, they needed a statement of good financial standing. Another person kept telling me it was "2d" on the transfer app to, which I couldn't make any real sense of, and that it was a matter of good academic standing.

So the deadline's approaching, and I'm still running around in circles. Does anyone have any advice on further tactics to try to get this straightened out?

Update: After a few more calls, I got another counselor to go downstairs and find the missing items in my file and get things updated in the computer. God, what a relief!

Anyway, if anyone else has similar problems, all I can say is that persistence pays.
