Haha, I hope there's only 3 people applying from TX on CC so I actually might have a chance...but then again QB NCM program significantly lowers my chances...

Ontario, Canada.

Looks like I'm the first from Canada ;D

yeah you canadians are so rare lol

but they're hot!

quickandslowly how does questbridge lower your chances?

Well, QB is more competitive. Like 1100 QB Finalists applied and only like 20 got matched so...yeah, but like 100 to 300 got accepted RD.

oh god, i see yeah my friend is a finalist at my school, she put stanford down.

Yeah, maybe I should have just applied EA...

NEW YORK - Can't stand the cold weather!

@ Quicksandslowly - You didn't apply to EA? And what made you want to apply to EA?

@projectstanford... I hear you! We're supposed to have a few inches of snow (and it's going to actually stick) by tomorrow when I wake up. An admissions counselor I talked to said that snow is four hours away from Stanford. I so hope I get in haha...

I still have to use air conditioning in the car, where I live haha

it's snowing pretty hard today in Toronto... past few days were ~-5 to -10 degrees Celsius, which is like, 22-25 degrees Fahrenheit... so sad.

plus I used to live in California XD

Yep, the weatherman was right: two inches of snow this morning. And it's not even Thanksgiving! I need palm trees. Now.

New Jersey.

RD, not SCEA, but Austin, Texas :)

Quicksand, what area/city are you from? Texas is such a big state, and I think they have multiple regional admissions officers. I know for a fact that Harvard has like one for Austin, one for Ft. Worth/Dallas, etc.
