So I am deciding between Rice, Duke, and and Cornell and I plan on majoring in Statistical Science. But by browsing the websites I can't really find many differences between the three programs so any incite would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to visit all three during this month.

Pick the college you like best and disregard the program; chances are good that you’ll change your major a time or two. ;). (insight. We’d prefer not to incite anything here; we’re peaceful folk.)

I’m not sure about the program at other schools but I’ve just looked at the course evaluation for stats classes at Rice, they are really good. well, except for stats 310 which has been notorious… Stats 310 is an intro class and pre-req for everything else.
