<p>Did anyone else from out of state notice their application status change from In Review to Complete?</p>
<p>That’s to be expected around this time, as out-of-state decisions will be released on a rolling basis until March 1st.</p>

<p>Not yet, in fact today the status changed back to In Review. So strange.</p>
