What is your school’s policy regarding online courses taken outside of your school?
Will they include these courses on your transcript are you pretty much sitting for an on line course and self reporting AP scores?
I’ve been approved for this, including a weighted grade, but the details about reporting grades weren’t specified. I’m guessing as long as there is a direct HS registrar to teacher connection, not involving me, grades can be reported that way.
I don’t think AP scores count in class grades on transcripts in my school or district. I took AP Calc at my school (well, zoom) and there is no AP score on my transcript now, only the course grades.
It’s senior year and I’m not sure I want even want any college credit for AP Bio online-- I’ll just take it again in college and hopefully get an A-- but I will probably test for AP Art History (taking online) and for at-school AP Art Studio. Those credits could come in handy, if they are accepted in college.
Someone short one foreign language year could do a semester over summer at community college…maybe could mention to school that will have that complete before you arrive.
