Strong graduate statistics programs

Which PhD statistics/biostatistics programs would people say are in the top 20 in the country? All the rankings I know about that are sponsored by some official organizations are at least 10 years old, so unless someone knows otherwise, I'd be grateful with just people's opinions.

My impression is that UC Berkeley and Stanford are still pretty tops, and Wisconsin, Iowa State and Chapel Hill are still probably top 10. I assume Harvard, Chicago and Cornell are also pretty strong.

Additions and subtractions?

Thanks.
