Stuck between a rock and hard place...

So I was accepted into my 1st and 3rd choice school, but received my rejection letter in the mail today from my 2nd choice school.
While I am estatic I was accepted into 2 of my 3 schools (I'm a transfer student by the way), I'm now in a sticky situation.

I auditioned at my first choice just to see if I could actually get in, not expecting much. Well I was accepted. The problem is though that I did not get nearly enough money to attend. We are probably going to appeal for more money though because we have some circumstances which we could not put down on our FASFA form.

My 3rd choice was my safety school and while the program looked good on paper, on a recent visit, I realized that it is NOT the school I want to go to.

My 2nd choice school gave me a lot of money academically and I would have been fairly happy to attend. It was the school that I was more than likely attend just in terms of cost. However, I was rejected from the BFA in Musical Theatre program and invited to come in as a BA in Theatre (what I am in currently at another school and HATE IT) and invited to audition for the BFA in Theatre with a minor in MT in Spring 2010. I do not like the uncertainty of this situation and I really want to do musical theatre, not theatre with a minor in MT.

So now I do not know what to do. If I go to my 1st choice, I'm going to have to take out loans (which is not a good idea, especially with the degree I want to persue), but I love the school. If I go to my 3rd choice, I can practically go there for free but I know that I'm going to hate it.

Has anyone else been in a situation like this?
