Stuck between majors (Undergrad)

Hello everyone,

This fall I will be attending the University of Florida and I'm still undecided on what my major should be. I have highly considered going into the field of design such as graphic designing and industrial design, but sadly UF doesn't offer industrial design.

Interior designing and architecture have interested me as well but in high school I didn't take any classes for or about art, so my drawing skills are mediocre.

As backups if I decide I'm not going to be an designer of any kind I was thinking about Criminology. I really like psychology and how the mind works behind criminals.

Any help would be appreciated. I just don't know which major would be fun and beneficial financially in the long run because I am the type of person that likes various sorts of things not just one subject.

I can't speak for the University of Florida's design program, but most design programs are very hard and time intensive. At least the well-ranked, good ones are. If you don't have a passion for art/design and willing to work hard despite relatively lower pay, don't go into design. Successful designers that I know love their work and will gladly work long hours with few rewards for the sake of their craft. This is true for acting, music and design.
