<p>There's something on the financial aid packet that says that they expect students to contribute a min of $2000... I somehow couldn't acquire a job over the summer... what will happen if I'm unable to fulfill the expectation?</p>
<p>Since you’re on financial aid, you’re guaranteed a job of up to 8 hours per week (depending on how much you want to work) on campus, so you’ll be making about $750 per term before taxes. Combined with winter break work, you should be fine–if you don’t quite get to $2K, you or your parents can pay off the remaining balance.</p>
<p>After freshman year, you’ll be able to work up to 10 hours a week.</p>
