Student Government on Common App

<p>I was wondering how I should include Student Government on the Common App, because I have been in it for 4 years, but I've held 3 different positions throughout. I had different responsibilities for each position, and I've had to dedicate a different number of hours per week for each position. So, should I add them as three different extracurriculars or should I just count them as one?</p>
