<p>Are the UW Student Planners only distributed to incoming UW Freshman and transfers? I'm looking on the UW Bookstore website and it doesn't seem like they're selling the planner.</p>
<p>You can buy them if you go to the bookstore in the u-district. They cost 14.95.
