I have a unique personal circumstances led me a worthwhile resume including great achievements, valuable work experience and awards in computer science.

I've demonstrated that I've been very successful in Computer Science.

Honestly, is Dartmouth much interested in students with exceptional abilities and personal circumstances?

or GPA and standard tests are also main factor?

I am looking forward to hear from you. Thank you.

He was being sarcastic of course schools are interested in students with exception abilities, but schools like Dartmouth have the luxury of accepting students who are both exceptional, and have shown their dedication and capacity to deal with stupid **** through getting great GPAs and test scores.

some schools don’t just look for your skills and scores…some look for specific personalities and special aptitude…simply knowing a great deal about computer science may not help at all. I’m assuming you designed a lot of software that are really nice. THAT should help, and be your ECs. However, that still doesn’t ensure a ticket to the top schools even if you created Portal 2 or something. Look deep into the admission websites and so on and get a feel of what kind of people they are looking for.
