What schools that are non IVY or not that amazingly tough to be admitted to. For instance I am looking for schools that are equivalent to George Mason University. Thanks a lot. What I really like are year long programs, if you think that there is a program that is really interesting then please feel free to post a message. Thanks a lot.

Do a google search. It's so much easier.

Thanks for the reply, yet I have already done some google searches, that is not exactly what interests me most. What I would like to know is if anyone had good experiences with their study overseas programs or not and which ones are really worth it both experience wise and economically. So that is what I would like to find out. Thanks a lot. I would like some more feedback though....

I like SIT (school for international training) programs. You go somewhere and you study with other Americans/Europeans, but you do at least one long term homestay, some multiple, and do a research project. There aren't any year long programs, but you could do two programs in different countries. They have themes so you could just carry on the theme to someplace else.

Also, lots of British unis allow you to stay a year.
