What are your study methods? For those who use flashcards do you utilize StudyBlue or Quizlet, if so, which of the two do you prefer?

I do it the traditional way and make paper flashcards. It’s more effective for me because when i write it out i remember it better.
And i use all sorts of sat books. Practice makes perfect!^^

Haha that’d work for me if my hand writing wasn’t so atrocious.

Writing out the flash cards yourself, even if you are copying from a printed set, is a good way to learn. Also reading the material out loud is helpful. If you just read the materials and do not speak it or write it, you are losing learning opportunities.

If your handwriting is really bad and you can’t change that, note that on the AP exams, you have to write out any long answers, in pen yet. You might want to work on your handwriting, or take a drafting class.

I try to come up with practical usages. for math…how does it apply in a real world setting. For English and history, I will try to envision myself as the teacher trying to instruct my student on the important aspects of our lessons.

It’s not bad to the extent that I can’t write essays on tests haha just an analogy, I do like connecting concepts especially in advanced math classes.
