Stupid question about sending scores

My son took the SAT in June. We waited for his scores, so didn't get the 4 free score reports. We then paid to have the scores sent to his ED school.

He took the subject tests in October. This time, we had the 4 free reports sent to his ED school, and three others. My question is: were the SAT scores from June also sent to those other three schools, or just the subject test scores? The CB site is confusing.

We will have to have all of the scores sent to other schools as his list grows, but I didn't want to pay to send any more than I already have to.

All scores, SAT and subject tests, were sent unless you exercised score choice in the form you filled out for the send and unchecked the prior tests so they would not be sent. In other words, you would know whether you did anything to prevent prior sacores from being sent with the October scores…

Thank you! So to clarify: the moment I had the subject test scores sent, CB also sent the previous SAT score to all four of the schools I selected for my free score reports? And they will send all scores from now on to the schools my son chooses as soon as I pay to have them sent? (He only sat for the tests one time each, so score choice was not an option!)

Yes,CB’s default position whenever you order scores sent is to send all SAT and subject test scores it has for you. You can prevent that only by exercising score choice and purposefully unchecking a test from being sent when you do the order.
