I just got my scores back from the SAT II world history and received a much lower score than I was hoping for (<700). I am only a freshman (rising sophomore) but I still feel I could have done better. I plan on taking more subject tests in the future, so I was wondering if I would have to send this score when I apply to colleges? Or can I basically try to move on and forget about it?
@dsi2000 The same thing happened to me,I was very disappointed; I got a 660, but a 5 on the AP test. My college counselor (I talked to him this morning) said that 650+ wont kill you, but a 700+ is preferred. He said to focus on other parts of the testing process and that one can always retake or take different subject tests.
Thanks @univbound101 we actually got the same score! I’m probably going to take the US one this year, but I’ll study harder for it and hopefully make up for the poor score on world
