<p>I’m studying abroad in the spring of 2013 and I need to sublease my room. I’m currently living at Crimson Place Condominiums. It’s a 3 bedroom condo with a private bathroom for each room. The whole condo is really spacious and clean and so is the bathroom and the closet. The rent is $500 a month. It includes a washer and dryer and the utilities that are covered are water and internet. Electric and cable are not included. I am also willing to leave my furniture and my parking decal for school as well. It’s $250 to buy a new parking decal for school. It’s super close to campus, only 3-5 min by car and it is literally right down the street from the main road of McFarland. Super convenient! Also, I only have one roommate so we have an empty bedroom currently. She’s super awesome, really chill and easy to get along with. Female roommates only please!
