Submit SAT of ACT?

I took both the SAT and ACT and did exactly the same on both. (31 ACT which is equal to a 2040 SAT) I think I might want to submit my ACT because for some reason the mid 50%score ranges for the ACT seem lower than the middle 50% for SAT at the colleges I'm applying to. (I'm not sure why they don't equate to the exact same amounts but they don't)
Do you recommend I submit my ACT or SAT since I did pretty much the same on both and while the score ranges are a bit different its nothing significant? Do colleges really weigh them both the same? I just don't want to be at a disadvantage because not that many people submit the ACT (in the grand scheme of things) Should I just send both?

Any advice would be appreciated!!!

If your colleges require the SAT 2's, they will automatically see your SAT scores. Might as well send both, unless it'll cost you extra.

yea, i did that for schools that require both but for schools that only require one I'm still debating.

ACT imo, but just go with the one you are most comfortable with (or both if you feel it is necessary)

i think the ACT test just because to me, it just seems higher...(what I am about to say will make no sense but maybe for admission officers who have read 100s of applications in one sitting may) I think psychologically a 31 may seem higher because its proximity to a perfect score is closer rather than a 2040 to a 2400.
