submit sat or act?

Hi, I received a composite of 32 on the ACT (writing not yet released) and a 2140 on the sat (9 writing).
which would be the better score to submit?

Scores are close enough to each other that you should just submit both, and if you do so college will use that test it believes has the higher score.
