Submitting HIGHER ACT score after already applying Priority Deadline

I just submitted my application by Nov. 1 to meet the Priority Deadline of Early Action with an ACT score of 27. If my next ACT test (to be taken in December) is higher than the 27, can I submit the new score and have my application considered as part of the Regular (rolling) application pool? Or, is it a one time opportunity? It would defeat logic to take the test again if UMD will not consider it. TY

You can call admissions about moving your application to RD, but RD at UMD is not rolling. All RD decisions are released at the same time, by April 1. I don’t think they will accept a December ACT score for Priority applications. That would be unfair to others and defeat the purpose of a Priority deadline.
