submitting late

<p>i submitted a app that was due march 1st like an hour late, on march 2nd, does this affect anything or should i let the college know? i thought i had submitted march 1 but apparently it didn't go through (comp was having technical issues) and checked and saw it didn't so submitted on march 2nd like hr late.</p>
