Does this mean that I have to pay the ACT 2 payments for 2 different testing dates? My composite between two test dates is my highest score and the one I want to submit. Do I have to send both test date reports, and pay for both to be sent?
Yes. ACT sends one score date report for one fee. So order both and pay the fee twice (but only for the schools that will superscore).
Depends on college. Some of those that superscore ACT tests allow you to send one official test and report the other on your application or via your high school transcript. Unless your college says it does that, you should assume you need to send both official scores and thus need to pay for two send orders with ACT.
