I'm planning to submit my ACT scores instead of the SAT to all colleges I'm applying to. I'm wondering, however, if I should also submit any SAT IIs. They are not required at any colleges I'm applying to since I'm submitting my ACT scores. Is it an unspoken rule, however, that I should still submit them? Would I be at any disadvantage if I didn't? My ACT score is a 35, but my highest SAT subject tests are only 760 and 730. I could, however, take one more in October or November if necessary. I am applying to extremely competitive universities so I'm not sure if submitting these subject tests would help me or hurt me.

700+ are good scores, you may retake/not send them if you’re really paranoid but I personally think that you’re fine(maybe check on their common data set/website to see the middle 50% of scores in subject tests if they have them).
