She definitely plans to do Masters unless life intervenes and something else happens but the current plan is to do a Graduate program after undergrad.
Then most of the suggestions on this thread, pending financial considerations, would work really well for her.
Others have mentioned RPI, but it has an excellent biomedical engineering program as well as strong in computer science. With her stats she’s likely to get good merit aid, especially because they want more girls (they are 70/30 boys).
Other excellent BME programs, more prestigious schools than RPI, but perhaps less merit, would be CMU and Columbia.
