Suggestion To Moderators About Sat I/sat Ii Forum

Hi. I wanted to make a suggestion about the SAT I/SAT II Forum. I noticed that on the "College Discussion" homepage, there are subforums for each different college. I think that it would be a good idea to divide the "SAT and ACT Tests & Preparation" into a bunch of sub forums. For example:

"SAT and ACT Tests & Test Preparation" would become:

"General Test Preparation"
"ACT Test Preparation
"SAT I Test Prparation"
"Subject Test in Mathematics Level 1"
"Subject Test in Mathematics Level 2"
"Subject Test in Biology E/M"
"Subject Test in Chemistry"
"Subject Test in Physics
"Subject Test in World History"
"Subject Test in US History"
"Subject Test in Spanish/French/Korean/Chineese/Latin."

Any comments? I Think this would make it more organized.

Add a section for PSAT

that'll be much better

I also think there should be a seperate AP Subjects section

Yes ! I also think this would be great! Especially since some people don't write a proper thread topic and it makes it much harder to read only what you are looking for!

you forgot japanese...

Why don't you just call the...
Subject Test in Spanish/French/Korean/Chineese/Latin."
Foreign lang that would include japanese etc.

I actually prefer it the way it is. It's a bit disorganized, but every topic gets equal exposure. If the test section was divided into that many subforums, I think the end result would be that posts get fewer responses overall. For example, I've already taken the US History and Lit subject tests, so it would be unlikely that I would read any posts in those forums. But if I see a topic about one of those tests now while looking for SAT I posts, I'm more likely to add to the discussion on the tests I took last year.

Just my two-cents.

I agree with ampersand. Everyone's post would receive equal exposure the way it is now.

There are a lot of people who are not concerned with the SAT II's or AP's at the present time.
How about moving these two into a separate forum?

Haha,where are our open-minded mods?

HiLine, can I report your post offensive, just so I can draw attention to our thread?:D

In this case,I will edit my post, including a '(no offense)' in my work :D

In any case I hope you don't get banned !:D

thank you for your consideration :D

there should be subforums but not toooo specific

ie. sat2
sat1
ap
act
etc.

Any Mod's opinions?

Yeah I agree with silentbob, giving every subject test it's own forum is a little overkill.

Come on, Mods, don't be shy :)

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO make it
SAT
SATII
AP
