Suggestions for my Junior and Senior Year

Hey All,

I was hoping to get some help from all of you awesome people. I am currently enjoying my summer between my sophomore and junior year of high school and I would like some help stacking up content for my college applications.

Now, a point of warning, I am going to be relatively picky with my colleges.
I've looked through information mainly through this forum and The Princeton Review and I will post my requirements for colleges and the colleges that look appealing to me thus far below.

If you have any opinions about the colleges I have posted or any suggestions about colleges I should attend, I would love you for three or four forevers if you could give me some advice.

Next, I will include below the main perks and downsides to my college application thus far and opportunities for improvement that I recognize.

College Requirements:
Instrumental Music Program
Aerospace Major with accompanying Major or Minor in Music

College Preferences:
Large, no religious affiliation
Competitive debate organization
Intramural Sports
Large to Full-Paid scholarship
Medical/Biochemical/Neuroscience Related clubs or departments

Colleges that look appealing:
Stanford, MIT, University of California LA, University of California SD, University of Colorado Boulder, Rice, Georgia Institute of Technology.

Highschool Background:

Mt Carmel Highschool. San Diego, California (9th Grade)
Intermediate-Level Classes. (Honors Alg II, Honors English, Biology, Etc) 3.7 Unweighted GPA

Dutchtown Highschool. Geismar, Louisiana (10th Grade)
High-Level Classes (All Honors, AP World History) 4.8 Weighted GPA, 4.0 Unweighted
33 Comp. ACT

Junior Year Schedule:
AP Biology
Ap Chemistry
Ap English (Eng and Comp)
Band
Honors U.S History (Dual Enrollment at SouthEastern Louisiana University)
Ap Calculus AB/BC Block

Ap Tests taken:

World History (No Score Yet)

Ap Tests to take before end of senior year:

11th: Biology, Chemistry, US History, English III, Calculus AB and BC, Spanish,
12th: Music Theory, Euro. History, Physics, English IIII, Psychology

Good Parts of Application:

-Debate Club participant freshman year at Mt Carmel, Debate Club Co-Founder at Dutchtown High School
- Drum Major for 150+ People marching band
- Head of Music Club
- Top 10% of Class
- Top 10% Allied Health (Separate program with more advanced English and Science, focusing on preparing students for the medical field)
-200+ Hospital Service Hours
- Vice President Mu Alpha Theta

Things I need to improve on:
- GPA, of course. My freshman GPA will weigh me down, but I am confident that I can maintain above a 3.8 weighted for the next two years
- Take the SAT. Which I will in November
- 34+ On ACT. Ill take the test three more times between now and graduation.
- Summer Programs. I will try for Telluride. I have very little chance at the science research ones unless I can get into contact with the professors at the local universities and get some lab experience. In progress.
- Some awards! I will try for Louisiana Student of the Year, Honors Society, and Debate Awards. Any other ideas?

Okay, so this post is becoming quite lengthy. If you have made it this far, you are officially an amazing person in my mind. Please help if you can.

Much Thanks,
Julian
