<p>I am a current student that will be taking a couple of Summer A classes to catch up in my major and have a few questions.</p>

<li><p>The Seminole Dining site seems to only list Summer C meal plans...are there really no plans for A or B?</p></li>

<li><p>Correct. The meal plan places are only open when the residence halls are open, and the residence halls are not open during the first half of Summer A. </p></li>

<p>Okay, and to clarify, you mean that the dorms other than Ragans don’t open right away, correct? </p>
<p>According to this, “Residence Halls open at 9:00 a.m.”, and I’m guessing that is only Ragans based on what you’ve told me.

<p>Yes… Ragans, and maybe Rogers (not sure about that one). </p>
<p>The main undergraduate residence halls are not open until Summer C begins though, and even then, are still only open to freshmen.</p>
<p>During the first half of Summer A (which is also Summer B), with only upperclassman attending (freshman start summer C) there is no meal plan BUT DINING SERVICES ARE OPEN and you can use flexbucks or Garnet Bucks. If you stay on campus you would stay in Ragans, and they do have kitchens as well. </p>
<p>The first half of Summer A (also Summer B) is when freshman orientations are happening, and on those days there are students and families eating at Suwanee and Fresh Food as well. </p>
<p>Hours are more limited in the Summer, but you can eat at the dining halls.</p>

<p>On another note, does anyone know when summer financial aid information will be available? I applied about a month ago but still don’t see any updates on blackboard.</p>
